A Ukrainian journalist has made public the fact that Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree that simplifies the process of obtaining Russian citizenship for Ukrainian children who are orphaned or currently without care PARENTAL. Such a decree refers more to the Donbass region, but does not exclude Ukrainian children who do not live in this area.
Through a post on Twitter, the journalist Anastasiia Lapatina raises the alarm regarding the fact that according to the data provided by the Ukrainian authorities, Moscow has already penetrated about 2 thousand orphans in the territories controlled by Russia, a concern that has actually been expressed many times by Ukrainians.
The former spokeswoman for the president of Ukraine, Iuliia Mendel, also reacted to the incident, calling the incident a case of kidnapping.
