The Ukrainian military has just given an update on Sunday fighting.
Writing on Facebook, the general staff of Ukraine's armed forces described Sunday as "a difficult time" for the army, saying Russian troops "continue shelling in almost all directions".
The BBC says the latest reports suggest Russian troops have taken the southern port of Berdyansk, but earlier Ukraine said it had fought off an attack on the country's second-largest city, Kharkiv./tvklan.al
