Ukraine has stated that Russia has killed at least 4600 civilians since the start of the war in Ukraine. Among the killed are 232 children.
The General Prosecutor of Ukraine Iryna Venediktova has underlined that the figures could be even higher, since it has not been possible to carry out all the verifications in the territories occupied by the Russians.
"Russia has killed at least 4600 civilians in Ukraine since February 24, including 232 children", reads the announcement.
