The Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Russia will hold a meeting in Turkey this Thursday.
The meeting between Ukrainian Minister Dmytro Kuleba and his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, marks the highest level of talks since the start of the conflict.
Before this meeting, Kuleba did not express high expectations, suggesting that a ceasefire may not be reached.
Turkey has good relations with both countries, but has made it clear that it finds Russia's invasion of Ukraine unacceptable and has appealed for an immediate ceasefire./tvklan.al
